Meet Our Team Chapel Hill Dental Office

Dental Hygienists

Jessica W.

Born and raised in North Carolina. I graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and then decided to pursue a career in the dental field. I graduated from Guilford Technical Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene.

This is where I found more than just a career, I found my passion. To me, being a hygienist is much more than just “cleaning teeth”. I love building relationships with my patients and educating them on their oral health. I enjoy being outside and spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to meeting you!

Lindsay K.

I’m proud to say that I am a North Carolina native, raised in Durham, NC. I have been a practicing dental hygienist for 13 years after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2019, I had the wonderful opportunity to become a part of the incredibly talented team here at Chapel Hill Cosmetic and Family dentistry.

My top priority as a hygienist is to provide patients with care, education, and the support they need to reach and maintain optimal oral health. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and staying healthy through good nutrition and exercise.

Vianey

Born in Mexico and raised in Burlington, North Carolina. I graduated as a Dental Assistant at Alamance Community College in 2015 and later graduated from Guildford Technical Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene.

I love helping others and being able to make patients feeling comfortable and provide them with the care needed. When I am not working I’m usually spending time with my family, friends, and my puppy Luna. I enjoy working out, traveling, and hiking.

Becca

Meet Rebecca – or “Becca,” as she’s often called.

A proud Western Pennsylvania native, Becca brings a warm personality and hometown pride to everything she does. A lifelong fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers, she carries that same team spirit into her work and personal life.

With over 13 years of experience as a dental hygienist, Becca is passionate about promoting oral health and helping patients achieve their “smile goals.” Her positive energy and bright smile make her a natural in the field. She loves building trust with patients and empowering them to feel confident in their smiles.

Outside the office, Becca is always on the go. She’s an avid outdoors enthusiast who enjoys kayaking, snowboarding, mountain biking, and archery. But every day starts the same—with a quiet cup of coffee on the front porch. She looks forward to seeing you in the office soon!

Dental Assistants

With 14 years of experience in the dental field, Carey brings both skill and compassion to every patient interaction. Since joining Chapel Hill Family and Cosmetic Dentistry in 2019, she’s been known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and commitment to making patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Whether she’s assisting during procedures or helping ease a patient’s nerves, Carey is dedicated to creating a positive dental experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Mayra

Born and raised in the Tar Heel State, where my husband Noe, our son Abel, and our golden doodle Simba call home. I graduated from the UNC Dental Assisting program in 2015 and have enjoyed helping our community ever since!  In my free time, I love spending time outdoors and enjoying time with our family and friends.

Kaylie

Originally from Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, I recently relocated to the Triangle area. I began my career as a dental assistant in 2021, inspired by the positive dental experiences I had growing up. My goal is to provide my patients with the same level of comfort and joy that I always enjoyed. I love building relationships with my patients, ensuring they feel at ease, and hearing any stories they have to share, especially about their pets!

Ashley

Born in Mississippi and raised in North Carolina, I graduated from the UNC School of Dentistry Dental Assisting program in 2009. Over the years, I have gained experience in both general dentistry and oral surgery. My passion is getting to know my patients and making their dental visits as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. I love baking, crocheting, watching soccer, and playing with our dog, Hazel!

Front Office

Taelor

Taelor has been rocking the dental world since 2008—starting as a dental assistant and working her way up to treatment coordinator, office manager, and now the full-on admin guru. She keeps everything running smoother than a fresh set of veneers.

At home, she’s been happily married to her husband for nearly 16 years. He’s the calm to her chaos, and together they’re raising their 18-year-old son who’s as full of energy as he is full of jokes.

When she’s not wrangling appointments with charm and a little sarcasm, you’ll find her lifting heavy things, escaping into a good book, or chasing the sunshine outdoors. According to her two loyal (and opinionated) dogs, she is also a professional treat-giver, hiking buddy, and expert belly rub provider

Her dogs would say: “She’s not bad for a human. 10/10, would nap next to again.”

Aubrey

Aubrey has worked in marketing for the past four years and joined Chapel Hill Family and Cosmetic Dentistry in 2024 as the Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. With a genuine passion for connecting with people, she is dedicated to helping patients feel confident in their care. Her goal is to share the story of the practice and connect the brand with those seeking exceptional, patient-centered dentistry. She truly appreciates the opportunity to be part of a team that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of its patients.

Malena

Originally from Virginia Beach, my family and I moved to Orange County in 2017. In my free time, you can find me on the sidelines of various sports supporting my kiddos, jogging, hiking, walking my dogs, traveling, and exploring new places.

I made the transition from the medical field to dentistry in 2014 and absolutely love it. I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families. It is really rewarding to see the transformation small changes can make for their health, appearance, and their confidence.
