I’m proud to say that I am a North Carolina native, raised in Durham, NC. I have been a practicing dental hygienist for 13 years after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2019, I had the wonderful opportunity to become a part of the incredibly talented team here at Chapel Hill Cosmetic and Family dentistry. My top priority as a hygienist is to provide patients with care, education and the support they need to reach and maintain optimal oral health. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and staying healthy through good nutrition and exercise.

When I am not working I’m usually spending time with my family, friends, and my puppy Luna. I enjoy working out, traveling, and hiking.
I am from Alamance County; I graduated with my degree in dental assisting in 2017. I pursued a career in dentistry because I have a nurturing personality that I feel should be shared with patients, especially those who may have dental anxiety. I make it my priority to let patients know what to expect during a procedure so that there are no surprises and assuring I will support them in any way possible. I enjoy talking and getting to know patients on a personal level and it’s rewarding to see patients in our office leaving with self-confidence in their smile! Outside of the office, I am spending most of my time with my husband and our two children, Kainzley and our newest addition Wrenley. I enjoy dancing, fishing, and soaking up the sunshine.
